Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are only eligible for a return if the item is defected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For international orders, returns will not be accepted if the order is refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Our products are primarily made-to-order and custom-made items individually crafted based on each customer’s specifications.
For this reason, all sales are final once an order has been placed. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds after an order is confirmed.
Custom products including, but not limited to, personalized colors, embroidery, sizes, web styles, glove patterns, leather selections, or other made-to-order specifications are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, regardless of production status.
We also do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Ordering by mistake
- Delays related to expected delivery timing
- Preference regarding fit, feel, or stiffness
- Natural leather variations, wrinkles, or texture differences
- Color differences caused by monitor or screen settings
- Refusal to pay customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees
- Failed delivery due to incorrect address or prolonged absence
In the event of a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error caused by our company, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved cases will be handled through repair or replacement only. Refunds will not be issued.
Once materials have been allocated, leather has been cut, or production has been scheduled with our craftsmen, the order is considered actively in production and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Sale items, gift cards, limited products, and special-order items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
