Partner managers are the bridge between Katana and the world. They manage relationships with partners and retailers, ensuring our products reach athletes and fans globally while maintaining our premium brand standards.

Required Experience:

• Sales or partner management experience, preferably in sports or luxury goods
  
• Experience negotiating contracts and building long-term relationships
  
• Fluency in English or other languages is a plus for international partners
  

Responsibilities:

• Building and managing distributor and retail partnerships
  
• Coordinating sales strategies and marketing support for partners
  
• Expanding brand presence in domestic and international markets

Wholesale Sales Executives bring Katana products to retailers and sports stores, driving growth while maintaining the brand’s premium image. They are responsible for market expansion and sales performance.

Required Experience:

• 2+ years in wholesale or retail sales
  
• Experience with high-end or sports brands preferred
  
• Customer relationship management and order coordination skills
  

Responsibilities:

• Managing new and existing retail accounts
  
• Overseeing order processing, inventory, and delivery schedules
  
• Monitoring sales performance and reporting insights

Marketing Specialists amplify Katana’s story, connecting the brand with athletes, fans, and the sports community. They manage campaigns, social media, and events to communicate Katana’s vision and premium values.
